We offer design consultation, 2D and 3D design proposals, material selection, project execution, and post-completion support including a warranty. All services are subject to availability and project requirements.
3. Booking & Payments
- A project begins with a free booking, followed by phased payments as outlined in your proposal.
- Initial design consultation may require a small percentage payment to initiate the design process.
- Final payment is due upon completion of civil work before delivery and installation.
4. Project Timeline
- We strive to deliver all projects within 45 working days from the order confirmation.
- Delays due to external factors (e.g., client unresponsiveness, changes in design, supplier delays, or natural events) are not the responsibility of Build X Solution BD.
5. Design Ownership
All designs, plans, and renderings shared during the consultation phase remain the intellectual property of Build X Solution BD unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
- Provide accurate information and property access as needed.
- Review and approve designs and payments within set timelines to avoid delays.
- Notify us promptly of any changes or concerns.
7. Warranty
We offer a 2-year warranty on eligible items and workmanship starting from the move-in date. This excludes wear and tear, misuse, or third-party modifications.
8. Modifications & Cancellations
- Any design or material changes after approval may affect cost and delivery time.
- Project cancellations after order confirmation may incur penalties based on the stage of execution.
9. Limitation of Liability
Build X Solution BD will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services.
10. Privacy
Your data and project details are handled with strict confidentiality. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
11. Changes to Terms
Build X Solution BD reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the site implies acceptance.
